We highly recommend becoming members of the Homeschool Legal Defense Association. For a reasonable yearly fee you support their efforts in advocating for free homeschooling laws in every state and you have quick access to attorneys to help guide you should you run into problems. FAIRSD is in regular contact with our region's attorney, Tj Schmidt, and we couldn't do what we do without their support.
